Akashi Park, where there is plenty of nature, is our playground!
It is easily accessible from the nearest train station

Sakura International School Akashi Campus is located five minutes away from JR and Sanyo Electric Railway Akashi Station. Akashi Park is right in front of our kindergarten, where we are surrounded by history and nature. Through outdoor activities, children can experience the changing seasons. In the spacious park they can be active and full of energy. The kindergarten is easily accessible from the city. Children can grow mentally and physically in an environment full of nature.

We are only 2 minutes walk away from our nearest station; Akashi-station, making it convenient for working parents. 
There are various kinds of facilities around us such as Municipal Planetarium, Prefectural library, Uo no Tana where children can have fun learning. We also go to Awajishima, Himeji and Kobe for excursion trips. 

For outside playtime, we go out to Akashi park. Students enjoy running around on a lawn field, climbing up trees and playing with athletic playground equipment. 

Playing at the park allows children to observe turtles laying eggs in the spring, run around with butterfly nets in the summer, collect acorns and nuts in the fall, and also to find frost and break ice in puddles in the winter. Also, seasonal flowers such as azaleas, hydrangeas and wisteria flowers give children opportunities to feel and touch nature.

Is your kindergarten eligible for the free childhood and childcare program?

Sakura International School has met the standards set by the government and is accredited so please be reassured.

At our kindergarten, families in K1, K2 and K3 can receive up to 37,000 yen per month regardless of income.

Please check with your local municipal office for details and procedures regarding financial support.
In households with stay-at-home parents, childcare services at unlicensed kindergartens or after-school programs at kindergartens are not covered by the free childcare policy.

We hold information sessions for individual families periodically. Please feel free to contact a campus office to discuss possible dates.
